  • Timeframe: All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Lingerie & Intimate Apparel (Bodysuits, Bras, Panties, Sets, Stockings, etc.)

Due to the intimate nature of these items and for hygiene reasons, all sales of lingerie and intimate apparel are final.

We only accept returns or exchanges for these items if they are received with a manufacturing flaw or defect.

  • If you believe your intimate apparel item is flawed, please contact us immediately at ny309ny309@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Accessories

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for accessories within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for creating and paying for their own return shipping label.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate an Accessory Return or Exchange:

  2. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  3. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

General Conditions for All Returns/Exchanges:

  • Condition: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our condition requirements.

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
