Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
In-Stock Items: Orders containing in-stock products are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
Backordered Items: Products on back order require a processing time of 1-3 weeks before they are ready for dispatch.
Combined Orders: If your order contains a mix of in-stock and backordered items, the entire order will be shipped together in a single parcel once all products are ready.

Express Shipping:

Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number on the Australia Post website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
International Shipping
Currently, NY309 ships exclusively within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Once parcels have left our warehouse, NY309 is not responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number for assistance with delivery issues.
