NY309 Return and Refund Policy

At NY309, we want you to love your purchase and express yourself with confidence. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and exchanges.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders over AUD$100 will be charged a 10% handling fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
All products must be returned to us in perfect condition. This means that all labels and tags must be attached, with no stains, marks, pulls or rips. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refund you, and the items will be shipped back to the original shipping address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Reshipped orders are not entitled for refunds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
