Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).  Orders containing in-stock products are processed and dispatched within 10-15 business days after your order is placed.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Currently, NY309 ships exclusively within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
