All orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).<\/p>

  • Backordered Items:<\/b> Products on back order require a processing time of 1-3 weeks<\/b> before they are ready for dispatch.<\/p><\/li>

  • Combined Orders:<\/b> If your order contains a mix of in-stock and backordered items, the entire order will be shipped together in a single parcel once all products are ready.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • Currently, NY309 ships exclusively within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
